The growing need of the die and mould industry has boosted the number of service providers but there are very few who can offer the complete solutions to them under one roof.
With this motto two engineer brothers along with Founder  director  Moreshwar Hendre having 20 years experience in reputed tool room established this company in 1993.
Since establishment of company in 1993, we have sought our customers needs under the principle of "stepping forward with customers together".

1993 :
Established as proprietary firm named “Avi Enterprises” was engaged in job working , located at outskirts of Pune in the industrial capital of Maharastra.

1998 :
Succeeds in devloping own production technology for self lubricating slideplates, guide bushes.

1999 :
After being approached by Bajaj Auto Ltd, the top Indian Automobile company, a solution for import substitution for oilless were plates, Avi has successfully made it, which was development of its own accord.
Since then Avi has been making constant progress in developing oilless series of various std. components for press Die and Moulds.

2000 :
Establish production system for press tools dies and moulds.

2002 :
Company started one more plant in name of AVI INDUSTRIES at uttamnagar, Pune.

2004 :
Company  changed name to AVI OILLESS DIE COMPONENTS INDIA PVT. LTD. & merged Uttamnagar plant into it.

2005 :
Company concentrated their efforts to enlarge the Products range.

2006 :
AVI OILLESS DIE COMPONENTS INDIA PVT. LTD. Obtained ISO 9001:2000 Certification.

General production catalog of standard Press Die components issued & distributed throughout in India.
2008 :
To increase Production capacity,new plant established at velu (Tal.Bhor, Dist. Pune), Plant goes into operation.
2007 :
Developed Self Lubricating bearing for hydropower application. Started supply of self lubricating bearing for hydropower application.
2008:
To increase production capacity new plant established at velu (Tal. Bhor,Dist.Pune). Plant goes into operation instantly.
2012:
Added centrifugal casting facility to produce self lubricating bearing upto 1200mm Dia.
